专利摘要:
A device for heating open melting baths, especially galvanizing baths, enameling baths, lead coating baths, metal baths, and glass baths, and the like, in tubs, or vats or tanks, wherein an inert gas is circulated through components of the open bath which are closed toward the gas side, and through a heater, whereby the tub, or vat or tank includes at each longitudinal and/or end wall a plurality of conduit means, such as pipes, for introduction of the gas into the bath and whereby the gas is withdrawn above the conduit means through a draft flue at the edge of the tub, or vat or tank, which draft flue includes a vertical partition immersed in the bath. The device includes means for communicating a warm gas receiving means with the container for the melting bath which communicating means includes at least one ceramic block including passage means for communicating the warm gas receiving means with the container.
In the N1 portion of the unit, additional holes are made to separate the gas flow. Plugs are installed at the lower end of the holes, and holes are made in the block connecting the drilling cavity with the outer side of the block. A ceramic sieve is installed in the lower drilling area to separate the gas flow. The hole in the block can be inserted in the form of a 3 slot. The slot is divided by jumpers. Slots can be formed between the block and the wall of the bath on one side and between the block and the side wall on the other. Between the walls of the two slots made hole for the gas. The lower part of the ceramic block is equipped with nozzles or ribs; installed on the outside of the unit. Such a constructive implementation of the gas supply system allows to increase the service life of parts immersed in the melt. FIG. 1 shows a bath, an incision; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1 (with various embodiments of a ceramic block) / in FIG. 3 and 4 - ceramic block with a box-shaped nozzle, variants of implementation; in fig. 5 shows embodiments of holes in the block; 6-8 shows a ceramic block with holes and ribs, embodiments. Bath 1 serves to coat a zinc metal strip. The bath is made of the bottom 2 and side walls 3 and 4 5 which are provided with a lining 5. A metal part 7 of the nozzle 8 is provided on the flanges 6 of the walls 3 and 4 and provided with a lining 9. The device forms an open-top bath with the nozzle 8, and the nozzle 8, respectively the upper section of the walls 3 and 4 form the edge of the bath. Shafts 10 and P, which are limited relative to the internal space of the bath by walls 12 and 13, are formed laterally and over the nozzle B on the longitudinal sides of the wound, the latter are transferred to a horizontal section 14, which includes a pipeline 15 for an inert gas. This pipeline is connected to a heater (not shown) that heats the gas to the desired temperature, so that the heated gas is fed through the pipe 16 to the channel 17. From this channel, the pipelines 18 lead to a box-shaped nozzle 19 of vertical ceramic blocks 20 located under them. Nozzles 19 and 5, blocks 20 are positioned transversely to the longitudinal direction of the bath at a distance from each other in a vertical segment of mines 10 and 11. and form between them an intermediate space 21, 0 in which the melt is circulating. In the ceramic blocks 20, one or more parallel vertical drilling rows 22 are made, 5 extending from the upper end wall 23 to the lower end wall 24block 20 and feeding inert gas to the melt. Box nozzle 25 may have a length corresponding to the width of the block 20. External wall ceramic plates 26 coincides with the side walls 27 and 28 of the block 20 (Fig. 3). Ceramic blocks 20, which can be made of another material that is relatively durable relative to the melt, with their longitudinal edge sections 29 and 30 (Fig. 2) are inserted into the lining 9 (respectively, into the wall I2) j are held there and fixed against floating. The blocks 20 may consist of several separate elements 31, having a tubular shape, the outer shell of which is square or rectangular. The block 20 may also consist of two halves 32 or 33, with the dividing plane extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the bath or tub. The joints of the individual pipe parts of the block sections are tightly connected to each other. Block 20 may consist of separate ceramic portions. 34 pipes. A similar unit has greater stability and can be deeply lowered into a bath, the melt of which is set in motion in the horizontal part of mines 10 and 1 by means of an inert gas injected. The level of the bath can reach close to the box-shaped nozzle 25.
权利要求:
Claims (12) [1] Instead of the transverse arrangement of the blocks 20, they may also have a longitudinal arrangement in the mines 10 and II. In this case, from one end wall 35 to the opposite end wall of the 36 mines 10 and 11 extend two narrow spaces (slot) 3.7 ceramic plates 38 and 39. The slot can be divided along its length by means of vertical lintels 40 into narrow shafts 41, and the ribs form parts of one of the ceramic plates. A ceramic plate 42 is located below the lower end wall of the block 20, which, at the level of drills 22, has small holes 43 coaxial to them that divide the gas flow in the drills 22 into bubbles entering the bath melt along the free walls of the block 20 Instead of Ceramic plates 42 can also be used round separable plates placed in the lower holes of the holes 22. Drilling 22 can be closed with tube-shaped ceramic closures 44, and the radial holes 45 are made above the top of the holes from the holes in the outer wall of the block 20. There are two parallel, inert gas supplying the bath, slot 46 and 47, each of which is limited by facing 9, wall 12 of the shafts and wall 48 parallel to them, with slot 49 between the two walls 48, which is preferably twice as wide than slot 46 or 47, and in which the inert gas passes up through the melt and exits at the upper end of the slot. In order to ensure the intensive circulation of the melt in the mines 10 and F, the lower end of the ceramic block can be provided with a longitudinal rib 48, at the outer edge of which the gas flow from the drill holes or slot is interrupted. The edge 48 may correspond to a mirror-symmetrical edge 49 on the second outer wall. Apparatus of the Invention A device for heating a melt with an inert gas, comprising a bath for a melt, a gas circulation system, a system for supplying gas with pipes, as well as a wall located above the pipes along the edges of the bath and forming a shaft with walls of the bath In order to increase the service life, the gas supply system consists of ceramic blocks in the form of ceramic blocks with openings located in the shaft between the side wall and the walls of the shaft with a gap between them.
